glazed stoneware creates many color variations, therefore
each piece is unique, even among the same set. Each of piece
is cast, hand made and fired at high temperature. Minor imperfections
are therefore common characteristics in these hand-crafted

there are many factors that determine variations in colors

glazed stoneware, many of which are a challenge to control.
Therefore, each piece is a unique and there are often
variations in color between sets. (But we will try hard
to make each shipment the same.) Only lead free glazes
are used and the ceramics have undergone FDA ,SGA,CA65 testing to
ensure there are no traces of lead nor cadmium. |

3.The sample mugs shown in the showrooms
are representations of mug decorations only. They are just
a segment of past production here. They have nothing to do
with the owners of the decals or logos on each specific item.
4. We're not a catalog-mail-order house but a manufacturer
& exporter and custom decorator, with provided decals
& logos, of white-glazed, color-glazed, ceramic, stoneware
and porcelain, coffee mugs, cups, tea & milk pots and
beer steins and sell directly to a world-wide customer base
for mass production, with container shipment to save your
hard-earned money.
5. Packing in cartons (Each carton contains 36 coffee mugs
of 97102#) or with color box inside individually as gift,
it's the buyers' option. Many kinds boxes with desired words
or pictures make it an eye catcher. These make great gifts
for all occasions. Make your choice.
6.Though we don’t request min. order amount, but we request min. order quantity (MOQ), which varies as per different item, from 500 to 5000 pcs, contact to get requested min. quantity of each item selected. And you can mix different items in an order, but you should reach min. quantity of each item selected.
7. We have more than 3,000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with detailed
specifications, design and request, we will send you product information accordingly.
8. On most occasions chinawall4u.com make custom production according to your design,provided sample or specific request. chinawall4u.com also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with provided private brand or labels. And chinawall4u.com is willing to provide your own packing subject to your bearing the extra packing surcharge. Surely your own packing as well.
9.you can order samples for evaluation, but there will be sampling fee and postage to collect. This sampling fee will be credited into your first FCL shipment later. On most occasions chinawall4u.com make custom production according to your design, provided sample or specific request.
10.For leadtime, based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. chinawall4u.com usually makes delivery for samples in 5-10 days, make delivery for mass production in about 20-35 days after receiving deposit payment or irrevocable L/C sight after order and our counter samples approval.
